At HELM, we connect global markets in the chemical and agribusiness industry. To support our 2 years Sales & Marketing transformation initiative, we are seeking for a Business Process Consultant (m/f/d) with a strong process mindset and hands‑on MarTech experience - limited for 2 years.
You design and improve end‑to‑end Sales and Marketing processes and translate business needs into effective process and system solutions. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, IT, and external agencies, you help shape HELM’s digital Sales & Marketing landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and optimize Sales & Marketing processes
2. Translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions
3. Configure and work with MarTech and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
4. Collaborate with IT and manage external agencies or consultants
5. Support tool rollouts, improvements, and change initiatives
Your Profile:
6. Minimum 5 years professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Business analyst, or a related field
7. Experience in the chemical, agribusiness, or a similar B2B industrial environment is a strong plus
8. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools
9. Strong business–IT interface skills and a structured, pragmatic mindset
10. English is a must; German is a strong plus
