Tasks
As Head of Global Sales, Trade Organization & Sales Wholesale Timepieces (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
* Coordinate and collaborate with the sales and marketing departments of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and internal departments.
* Manage and lead importers in establishing and expanding global sales of in-vehicle watch concepts through the Porsche retail organization.
* Select, acquire, support, manage, and lead a high-quality network of jewelers and watchmakers in national and international markets.
* Manage and lead independent distribution partners.
* Develop the international Porsche Design specialist retail sales strategy for Porsche Design Timepieces, including location analysis, sales network planning, and strategy coordination with all related sales departments.
* Lead participation in internal and external planning and budgeting processes.
* Contribute to the conception, planning, and implementation of Porsche Design Timepieces' appearances at events, trade fairs, and trade shows.
* Analyze and optimize customer business through appropriate measures and develop long-term partnerships.
* Achieve budgeted sales, revenue, and earnings targets in relevant channels.
* Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to employees.
