We are seeking a Product Manager for Copilot Studio & AI Agents to own the strategy, roadmap, and enterprise adoption of conversational AI and agent-based experiences built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader M365 ecosystem. This role focuses on AI‑powered productivity, automation, and decision support, enabling business teams to design, deploy, and scale copilots and agents safely and responsibly across the organization.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Product Strategy & Vision
1. Define and own the Copilot Studio and AI Agents product vision and roadmap in Teva
2. Identify high‑value AI use cases (e.g., knowledge assistants, workflow agents, employee support, insights copilots)
3. Align AI agent strategy with enterprise priorities such as productivity, scale, and responsible AI
4. Serve as the product owner for conversational AI capabilities
Platform Governance & Responsible AI
5. Define governance, guardrails, and operating model for Copilot Studio and agents, including:
6. Data access and grounding
7. Security, privacy, and compliance controls
8. Lifecycle management of agents
9. Partner closely with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Architecture teams
10. Ensure all AI solutions align with Responsible AI principles
Demand Intake & Use Case Prioritization
11. Own intake and prioritization of Copilot and agent use cases
12. Assess feasibility, risk, and value of AI scenarios
13. Determine delivery approach (citizen dev, fusion teams, or central build)
Adoption & Enablement
14. Drive adoption of Copilot Studio through:
15. Enablement programs and playbooks
16. Best practices for prompt design and agent orchestration
17. Community of practice for AI builders
18. Work with Communications and Change teams to promote safe and impactful usage
Measurement & Value Realization
19. Define success metrics for AI agents, such as:
20. Productivity gains
21. Task deflection and automation
22. User satisfaction and adoption
23. Track value delivered and continuously optimize solutions
Your Skills and Experience
24. 5+ years in Platform Management, or Digital Enablement
25. 3+ years working with conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent automation
26. Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio and the M365 ecosystem
27. Strong understanding of AI risk, governance, and compliance in enterprise settings
28. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
29. Experience with Responsible AI frameworks
30. Familiarity with Azure OpenAI concepts and enterprise AI architectures
31. Experience enabling citizen developers or fusion teams
32. Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or AI (a plus)
