What You Will Do
1. Support knowledge management, e.g. with:
- Create training videos
- Support/ maintain knowledge base and manuals
2. Support department’s IT structure, e.g. with:
- Sharepoint maintenance
- Access management
3. Support Audits, e.g. with:
- Access check
- Document preparation
4. Support internal meetings, e.g. with:
- Preparation of meeting invitations
- Support documentation and protocols
5. Support project management, e.g. with:
- Employee project allocation
What You Need
6. Student in the field project management/ Audio/ IT or similar
7. Self-motivated, independent, and organized skill set
8. Ability to define and meet project deadlines
9. Ability to document the own work results
10. Good interpersonal and communication skills English/ German)
11. First experience with software tools or willing to learn, e.g.
- MS Office, especially Power Point, Outlook, Excel
12. Project Management tools, such as Jira, MS Project, SAP, Sharepoint
