What you do with us
* Operation of software solutions developed by DOCUFY on servers and in cloud infrastructure with a focus on:
o Availability of the software services
o IT security
o Maintenance/updates of the infrastructure
o Monitoring and deployment
o Documentation of the operating environments
* Implementation of requirements for the operating environment (using standard software/interfaces)
* Technical support (2nd/3rd level) regarding the operation of our software
* Identification of potential for improving operating processes with subsequent implementation
* Advising and supporting other teams, e.g. in the further development of our products
What you ideally bring with you
* Qualification: Completed STEM degree, or training in system administration, or several years of professional experience with a focus on DevOps or operations
* Experience: Independent administration of various standard server software under Linux, Windows, as well as experience in scripting
* Tools: Experience in using common server tools, e.g. Apache, CHEF, Docker, Elasticsearch, firewalls, Grafana, IIS, Kubernetes, MS SQL Server, NGINX, PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Wildfly
* Skills: technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
* Working style: Independent and structured way of working
* Motivation: Willingness to take on responsibility and to familiarize yourself with new tasks
* Languages: Good knowledge of German and English
