About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Working Student Event Management (Sibos 2025) to join our team on a fixed-term basis from May to October 2025. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will play an instrumental role in planning and executing AllUnity’s presence at Sibos 2025, the premier global financial services event.
Sibos (Swift International Banking Operations Seminar) is one of the most influential conferences in the financial services industry, organized annually by SWIFT. It brings together thousands of decision-makers, thought leaders, and innovators from across the banking, fintech, and infrastructure landscape.
Sibos will take place in Frankfurt, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in a world-class event happening right in our own city. Representing AllUnity at Sibos gives you a front-row seat to industry-shaping conversations and cutting-edge innovation.

Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end planning and execution of AllUnity’s participation at Sibos 2025
* Coordinate logistics, including booth design, vendor communication, and onsite requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, materials, and goals for the event
* Assist in the creation of promotional content and marketing assets
* Manage guest lists, scheduling, and outreach for meetings and side-events during SibosSupport post-event analysis, reporting, and lead follow-up activities
Requirements
Key Requirements
* Enrolled student in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* First experience (e.g., internships or projects) in event coordination or project management is a plus
* Highly organized with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentAvailable for the entire 6-month period (May–October 2025)
