This position offers a gateway to engaging with diverse business areas, influencing international compliance standards, and contributing to a company renowned for safeguarding life, property, and the environment. The Group Compliance purpose is to maintain and develop DNV’s Group-wide compliance management system with focus areas on anti-corruption, anti-trust, export control & sanctions, personal data protection, and supply chain law. We provide advisory and legal services and aim to add value to and improve DNV’s operations while promoting integrity and ethical business conduct across the organization.Group Compliance operates globally with four members in Norway (Høvik/Oslo) and two in Germany (Hamburg). We meet regularly to ensure close collaboration. The Group Compliance Officer, based in Norway, reports directly to the Board of Directors (Audit Committee) and the Group CEO on program developments and compliance incidents.We are now searching for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Oslo or Hamburg.
