Your Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and empower a high-impact direct sales team within the healthcare market

Your Profile
* Executive sales leadership experience in providing digital solutions to the healthcare industry including physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, government and public health agencies, hospitals, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies
* Outstanding academic background from a top-tier, internationally recognized university.
* Demonstrated success in sales excellence and process optimization.
* Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong hands-on execution style.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and German.
