Private Capital Business Implementation Officer Job Opportunity

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to develop and maintain strong relationships, guaranteeing high-quality communication and service delivery. Your tasks will include conducting thorough analyses, setting up various systems, and managing business priorities among multiple projects.
This role offers the chance to implement new projects, analyze their feasibility, and ensure operational success. You will receive a personalized training plan to develop your knowledge and skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct sound analysis of private capital service offer perspective projects
* Guarantee operational implementation of new projects (onboarding and migration)
* Develop close working and structured relationship with internal stakeholders and clients
* Ensure structured communication (high quality of documents and exchanges both oral and in written) with internal stakeholders and clients
* Monitor closely all projects using dashboard and reporting
* Handle or coordinate setups (opening of cash accounts, static data in eFront, FX, forward, collateral, pledge, listed derivatives…) in the various systems
* Ensure quality of operational setups through diligent validation and customizing operational contracts
* Manage business priorities among different projects
* Handle changes (change of names, operating model etc..) throughout the lifetime of the entities until liquidation
* Organize structured handover with internal stakeholders and with clients
* Ensure the success of your projects (excellent communication, quality of the deliverables, respect of the milestones and deadlines) as well as client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree or relevant professional experience
* Experience in private equity or strong knowledge of private capital funds (private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate funds)
* Fluent in French and English, German will be considered as an asset
