Responsibilities:
1. You are responsible for the conception, setup, and management of our global social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube) in coordination with our international subsidiaries.
2. Through creative content, you effectively target our audiences across various industries.
3. In collaboration with internal and external partners, you successfully implement digital campaigns – both organic and paid.
4. With a keen sense of quality, you strategically develop our social media presence further.
5. Based on relevant KPIs, you evaluate your activities and derive optimizations.
Qualifications:
6. You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing / Communications or have a comparable qualification.
7. With over five years of experience in B2B social media marketing, you are well-versed in practice – whether from an agency or corporate perspective.
8. You understand your target audiences, implement campaigns skillfully, and always keep an eye on the results.
9. You combine structured work with analytical thinking and enrich your work with creative ideas.
10. You communicate confidently and with style in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
11. You are familiar with tools such as Canva, the Adobe Creative Suite, and the LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
