Category Controlling Mission
Analyze discrepancies between target and actual values, develop recommendations for management, and optimize controlling IT systems such as analysis, planning, and cost accounting or management information systems.
* Support the introduction of new finance and controlling methods and instruments
* Be a financial business partner for Topline teams, ensuring close collaboration
* Drive transformation processes in the Finance organization and continuous improvement of tools and reports
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business growth.
Requirements:
Master's in Business Administration with focus on finance or controlling, ideally with first experience through internships in a relevant sector. You should have good analytical skills, detail orientation, high flexibility, learning capacity, agility, resilience, and a process improvement/optimization mentality. Additionally, you should be highly self-motivated and independent with strong communication skills.
