…lead and oversee the Finance Cluster South Germany, ensuring efficient daily operations while aligning all financial activities with corporate policies, USALI standards, and legal requirements.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Leading, developing, and mentoring the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices and dual students
* Acting as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions through financial insights and recommendations
* Overseeing the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for management and Corporate Office
* Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
* Managing and optimizing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
* Taking ownership of financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and driving continuous improvements
* Monitoring and analysing operational KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing measures to enhance financial performance
* Collaborating closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Reservations to support overall business success
* Acting as a key contact for audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
What you bring:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of leadership experience within the hospitality industry
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of financial operations
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams
* High affinity for systems and digital tools, with experience in financial and ERP systems
* Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
* Structured, independent, and results-driven working style
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
