Als Inside Sales Advisor bist du der erste Ansprächpartner von Zeekr für potenzielle Kunden. Du kombinierst Kundenorientierung mit einem kommerziellen Denken und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg des Vertriebsteams bei.
Beantwortung von Kundenfragen zu Fahrzeugspezifikationen, Verfügbarkeit, Preisen, Finanzierung und dem Bestellprozess.
Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Kundeninteraktionen im CRM-System.
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (und gutes Englisch).
Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Telefonvertrieb oder einer kommerziellen Vertriebsrolle im Innendienst.
Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist von Vorteil.
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Inside Sales Advisor
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you are the first voice of Zeekr for potential customers. You combine customer focus with a commercial mindset and actively contribute to the success of the sales team.
Answer customer questions about vehicle specifications, availability, pricing, financing, and the ordering process.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Excellent communication skills in German (and good level of English).
Experience in customer contact, telesales, or a commercial inside sales role.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
