Our Renewables Team is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in wind energy projects. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing comprehensive project plans considering scope, budget, and timelines to meet KPIs from RTB to delivery.
2. Leading the definition of work packages and breaking down tasks to ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Driving digitalization efforts to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
4. Promoting various working methodologies, including waterfall, Hybrid Agile, and lean, through digital platforms.
5. Providing leadership and fostering a high-performance team culture.
6. Managing stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and compliance.
7. Allocating resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and costs.
8. Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
9. Ensuring quality standards and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
10. Monitoring budgets and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
11. Reporting progress and performance metrics regularly using digital tools.
12. Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and data analytics.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with an advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA) preferred. Candidates should have at least 8 years of wind project management experience, familiarity with various methodologies, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with project management software. Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
