What you'll build
* Work with the data science team to create quarterly UX Measurement reports to share status of UX metrics on BTP products and services
* Help to align / create data visualizations and perform fine-grain proof-reading
* Help to analyze and summarize user comments that come through product surveys and work with AI to enhance this process
* Perform some basic data analysis tasks in the context of the wider data science team
* This project drives real business impact and results through enabling decision-makers to make data driven decisions around product direction in the context of the new Harmonized Product Operating Model
What you bring
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
* You are studying in a German educational institution and want to gain practical experience in a large software company
* You are studying for a degree in business administration, data science, management, economics, design, or other related subjects
* You have fluent English
* You can occasionally come to the office in St. Leon Rot or Walldorf
Where you belong
The BTP Experience Enablement Team focuses on UX data insights, analytics, creating product-specific enablement content, and offers dedicated data science expertise as a service to our product teams to help them interpret their UX data. The team aims to help product teams improve decision-making by sharing supportive enablement artifacts. We enjoy a very open and diverse culture in our team and encourage everyone to always strive to become a better version of themselves.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
