The SAP CoE is driving force behind our digital transformation through state-of-the-art SAP solutions. As an experienced SAP Controlling Consultant you will be part of the SAP CoE's FICO team and responsible for shaping future of tesa's FICO solutions. In close collaboration with your SAP CoE colleagues and business stakeholders you will implement innovative SAP projects and play a pivotal role in transforming tesa's FICO SAP landscape. Key responsibilities: Partner with controlling stakeholders to understand their requirments and provide solution optionsIdentify improvement opportunities in our global S/4HANA FICO setupActively participate in value delivery: supporting requirement gathering, write specifications, configure system, test and trainCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of FICO processes with other business areasUnderstand and consult on functional and technical controlling topics Stay updated on SAP innovations like BTP, Joule, RISE with focus on controlling solutions and provide expert adviceDegree in informatics, business ecconomics or related fields5+ years of experience in SAP FICO; minimum 3 years in SAP COSolid knowledge of SAP controlling processes e.g. cost element accounting and product cost controlling including configuration skillsExperience in agile and classic project management and ability to delivery quality solutions in a given timeline within international teamsBasic knowledge in ABAP, EDI, FIORI and SAP PP is a plusAnalytical and problem solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them to system requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillstesa ist einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von Klebebandlösungen mit einem Sortiment von mehr als 7.000 verschiedenen Produkten.
