Your Tasks:
* Set up and optimize affiliate ad campaigns to meet daily goals.
* Manage the daily AdOps flow, ensuring reliable tracking and troubleshooting issues.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve ad-serving problems.
* Analyze campaign performance using Business Intelligence tools, generating reports, and providing key insights to our account management teams.
* Ensure compliance with client and industry regulations.
* Assist in testing new ad formats and strategies to boost efficiency.
* Support senior team members in building strong relationships with our affiliate partners.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Your Profile:
* Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing.
* Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML or JavaScript is a plus.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
