Your tasks
1. Manage our new Fissler store and your sales team in Wertheim
2. You will work with your team to achieve our sales targets, optimize processes, and implement marketing measures
3. In your day-to-day work, you will maintain a presence on the sales floor and always set a good example when interacting with customers
4. Inspire our customers with expert advice and the sale of our high-quality premium products
5. You will be responsible for merchandise management and ensure that incoming goods are processed reliably and conscientiously
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through competent returns processing
Your profile
7. You have relevant experience in a management position in sales—ideally in the household goods sector
8. Your positive and friendly manner makes you a real asset to our team
9. You enjoy communicating with your team and our customers and inspiring them in equal measure
10. Our premium brand and products spark your passion and enthusiasm
11. You have very good German and English skills; knowledge of Chinese is a particular plus, but not a requirement
