Education Project Manager Role Overview
Our Education Department delivers performances, thematic festivals, and community music programs for young audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage concert productions for children, including logistics, travel, rehearsals, contracts, artist communication, and event execution.
* Develop and implement school initiatives, workshops, and participatory music education projects.
* Collaborate with Senior Managers to support music education initiatives and strategic goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant academic qualifications in project/arts/music management, musicology, or music education are required.
* Prior experience in project management within music education or performing arts is essential.
* Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a positive work ethic are necessary.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills within a team are crucial.
* A passion for music education and high motivation for program success are vital.
* Fluency in two of German, French, or English is mandatory.
