Identify and correct linguistic errors, ensuring consistency in terminology, style, and adherence to client-specific guidelines. Provide detailed feedback to translators and create comprehensive quality reports. Ensure adherence to client-specific style guides, glossaries, and project guidelines. Utilize CAT tools (JIRA, XTM) to review and assess translations efficiently. Requirements BS/BA in linguistics, translation, biology, or related fields. 2 years of work experience in translation, linguistic quality assessment, copywriting, or copy-editing, specifically in patents or technical content. Deep understanding of biological terminology and ability to adapt complex scientific language for target audiences. Proven experience in reviewing or translating patents or technical documents.
