To strengthen our sales team, we are currently looking for a Junior Sales Executive (m/f/d) who will play a key role in acquiring new clients, supporting existing relationships, and contributing to our business growth.
The role focuses on actively seeking new opportunities, identifying potential clients, and building long-term partnerships. You will also support tender processes, create proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
We are looking for candidates located in Southern Germany, particularly in the regions around Augsburg, Ulm, Memmingen, Kaufbeuren, Kempten (Allgäu), Füssen, and Ravensburg.

Key responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients and establish long-term business relationships
* Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities
* Initiate contact through phone, email, and digital channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
* Arrange and conduct initial sales meetings with potential customers, introducing our IT service offerings and identifying their business needs
* Support tender and offer management: prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations
* Assist in maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to shape customer-specific IT solutions
* Keep CRM systems up to date and provide regular reports to management
* Support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings
* Participate in campaigns, mailings, and events (e.g., trade fairs, webinars)
Competencies we are looking for
* Initial professional experience in sales, ideally within IT or services
* Basic understanding of IT products and services
* Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions across various channels
* Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
* Proficiency in German (business fluent) and good English skills
* Good skills in MS Office and CRM systems
* Reliability, self-motivation, and organizational skills
Ideally, you'll also have
* Basic knowledge of SAP
* Experience in B2B sales
* A proactive approach to building business relationips
