Your profile

* Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
* Experience in Online Advertising and an understanding of advertising opportunities
* Strong Sales background
* Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
* Strong technical affinity and high competence with PC usage (internet, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, troubleshooting of issues)
* High level of analytical, organizational, time management & prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail.


Your challenge

* Managing online advertising accounts for a portfolio of key SMB customers on a prominent global search advertising platform
* Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on campaign strategy, performance analysis and optimization recommendations. 
* Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored advertising solutions that drive results and exceed expectations. 
* Monitoring account performance to identify revenue shifts and taking action to retain customers  
* Analyze data and provide insights to clients to help them make informed decisions and achieve their objectives. 
* Nurturing business relationships, developing customer loyalty and investment
* Driving unique outbound initiatives and campaigns aimed at specific customer groups
* Identifying and pitching opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, effectively presenting value propositions and negotiating terms
