Juristisches Staatsexamen / Anwaltszulassung)Preferably with first experience in employment law and ideally some first practical experience on how the knowledge deriving from the qualification can be applied in practice.Professional proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and English (minimum B2); additional French language skills are a plusStrong interest in gaining skills in all matters related to employment law, such as in drafting and negotiating employment, service and settlement agreements, as well as works council agreementsWillingness to build a relationship of trust and constructive cooperation with works councilsIndependent working style with strong problem-solving skillsResilience and the ability to manage stressful situationsStrong communication skills and assertivenessExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with works councils and represent company interests effectivelyReadiness to participate in employee negotiations and training management on employment law-related topics
