Job Title
HR Operations Manager is a role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, implementing organizational policies, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, promoting teamwork, and maintaining high standards of HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, collective agreements, and relevant employment law.
* Support communication with stakeholders regarding routine topics.
* Contribute to HR process improvements and documentation of standard operating procedures.
* Oversee the technology infrastructure that supports HR processes.
* Manage and optimize HR information systems to support HR operations and decision-making.
* Develop and track key HR metrics.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
* Demonstrated success in leading and managing HR operations teams.
* Good knowledge of labor law basics and employment procedures.
* English and German: Full Professional Proficiency or Native.
* Mandarin desirable.
