Some of the things you'll be doing
1. You’re the first point of contact for our B2B global clients via email, phone, or chat.
2. You assist with questions about domains, certificates, DNS, and more.
3. You solve problems quickly and professionally with a smile in your voice.
4. You work closely with colleagues worldwide to find the best solutions for our global clients.
5. You build genuine client relationships and help ensure they feel well taken care of at CSC.
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
6. Must be fluent in both English and German or English and French. Any additional language skills would be a plus.
7. Experience working in a client-centric environment, industry or role (., retail, tourism, hospitality, or similar).
8. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to think critically and be solution oriented.
10. Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
11. Ability to learn, adapt to, and discuss new technology.
12. Tenacity and agility to balance varying priorities and inquiries from internal and external clients.
13. Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
14. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
15. Previous experience of producing quality results with high attention to detail.
16. Ability to be direct, open, and honest when communicating with clients and colleagues.
