Draft, negotiate, and oversee agreements with national and international partners. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including claims and amendments. Lead project-level contract management teams and ensure compliance with KPIs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes. Your Profile Degree in law, economics, engineering, or similar. Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1 level). 9-12 years of experience in contract management for major infrastructure or energy projects. Strong knowledge of contract models (BGB, FIDIC, cost-plus-fee) and procurement law basics. Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
