Your tasks
4. Collaborate on technical transfer projects for new products and processes.
5. Act as a technical interface between customers and the site production teams to support the manager.
6. Ensure processes are validated, compliant and optimized for site production capabilities.
7. Conduct investigations, change controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Working closely with Quality Assurance, Production and Engineering.
9. Prepare and review technical documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
10. Under the supervision of the Manager, drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues.
Your profile
11. Degree in a natural science or engineering field: pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, process engineering
12. Several years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical transfer or process engineering.
13. Knowledge of GMP, validation and regulatory requirements.
14. Project management skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
15. Fluent in written and spoken German and English
