Your tasks:
1. Producing alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks
Contributing to the creation of new cocktails
Providing professional service to our guests in the BAR CABANA and in the SYNDEO Lounge restaurant
2. Conducting sales talks and providing professional advice to guests
3. Ability to provide information regarding food and drink menus including correct preparation of coffee specialities and drinks as well as serving them
4. Preparation of accounts and daily financial statements
5. Carrying out the daily mise en place including set-up and stocking of the bar as well as follow-up tasks, e.g. polishing cutlery, cleaning work, refilling the menus
Constantly checking the cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, bar and banquet rooms while constantly adhering to and guaranteeing hygiene standards
Your profile:
6. Initial experience in the hotel industry, catering and/or at the bar
7. Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
