We are seeking a Senior PV Project Manager to take ownership of rooftop solar projects from development through to commissioning. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful renewable energy projects while working in a collaborative and technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of photovoltaic projects, with a focus on rooftop installations across residential and commercial sectors Coordinate all project phases, from planning and procurement through to construction and commissioning Manage subcontractors and external service providers to ensure successful delivery Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance Review, assess, and approve technical documentation, including system designs and electrical plans Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience in project management within the photovoltaic sector Proven hands-on experience delivering rooftop PV projects in residential and commercial environments Strong ability to interpret technical documentation such as single-line diagrams and layout plans Solid knowledge of relevant grid connection standards, including VDE 4105 and VDE 4110 Experience in construction site safety and project execution Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Fluent German at C1 level and strong English language skills
