Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in material science and analytical chemistry. The selected candidate will be responsible for modeling mass transfer from a free liquid surface into an atmospheric boundary layer using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software.
Key Responsibilities
 * Model mass transfer using CFD software FLACS.
 * Conduct parameter studies to quantify influencing factors on mass transport.
 * Develop and automate workflow using Python API in FLACS.
 * Evaluate mass transfer correlations from literature.
Requirements
 * Excellent knowledge in process engineering modeling with CFD and heat and mass transfer.
 * Solid experience in data processing and automation using Python.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and structured working style.
 * Confident communication in international teams.
