Overview
Are you ready for a future-oriented role in a new design team that will develop analog/mixed signal IPs for automotive semiconductors? In this position you will be part of an international team of experts and globally collaborate with other development sites.
Responsibilities
* Support the concept and feasibility phases of our state-of-the-art Mixed Signal-/Power Automotive ICs
* Specify, design, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits and systems
* Be responsible for the supervision of layout design and support lab evaluation
* Closely cooperate with our international team on concepts, design, functional verification, layout, hardware verification, test, and quality
* Be responsible for the development of IPs supported by on-the-job training to increase competency and technical expertise
Your Profile
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or equivalent
* At least 6 years of experience within analog circuit design, methods and tooling
* Strong knowledge of analog/mixed signal design flows (Cadence)
* The willingness to collaborate within international development teams and managing (change) projects within a matrix organization
* Strong communication skills, fluent English language skills – with German as a plus

In the long term, the Development Centre will employ around 250 people. State-of-the-art research and characterization labs facilitate R&D activities for automotive applications, electromobility and AI chips of the next but one generation. The Development Center covers the complete development value chain from product and system definition to qualification.
