Vacancy description
* You create demand plans based on baseline (statistical) forecasts, enriched with input from commercial teams, covering both the operational horizon (0–13 weeks) and the tactical horizon (4–18 months)
* You understand the impact of business dynamics and translate these into the demand plan, including NPD, phase-in/out, promotions, events, seasonality, tenders, contracts, and activations
* You actively manage your key KPIs (service level, waste, forecast accuracy & bias) using a PDCA mindset and methodology
* You work closely with many stakeholders on a daily basis, especially Sales and Supply Planning
* You are eager to help improve our organization and are willing to participate in (multi-disciplinary) projects to further grow our S&OP maturity
