* Being the primary point person responsible for managing and communicating with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Handling daily order entry, processing and expedition of orders.
* Responding to customer requests and inquiries.
* Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department.
* Monitoring the production status.
* Understanding the language of International Business, including Letter of Credit, Proforma, CAD's (Cash Against Documents), Certificate of Origin and Export freight terms.
* Assisting the International Sales Team with various functions.
Dein Profil
* Commercial training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Italian OR Spanish. German is a plus
* At least, 1-year International Customer Service experience
* Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS and Microsoft Office
* Being well organized and capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments
* Independent and structured way of working
* having good judgment and problem-solving skills
* able to build customer relationships
