Our AI-driven HR-tech platform analyzes job titles, locations, and recruiting budgets to predict the best job portals and social media channels, making recruiting 3x faster and 60% cheaper. Beyond smart job distribution, we optimize the entire hiring process by automating job postings, improving the candidate experience, and integrating directly into applicant tracking systems (ATS). Now, we’re looking for a passionate frontend developer to help create a seamless and intuitive user experience! Tasks Develop and improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our platform. Build responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js (React) and Tailwind CSS. Work closely with designers and backend developers to create a seamless experience. Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Implement interactive components, animations, and micro-interactions. Learn from experienced engineers and gain real-world startup experience Requirements You’re currently studying Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or a related field. Some experience with Next.js (React, TypeScript) and Tailwind CSS – even from personal projects! Passion for beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces. Understanding of responsive design, CSS frameworks, and frontend performance optimization. Basic knowledge of APIs, state management, and component-driven development is a plus.
