Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our UI Labs Team that is part of our CPO area. UI Labs is responsible for providing state of the art Front Office technology solutions for Asset Managers.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Team leadership
Lead UI Labs Client Service team responsible for day-to-day interaction with UI Labs clients; transform as required to deliver a best-in-class client service experience
Responsibility for UI Labs Investment Compliance solution including responsibility for monitoring & maintenance of client aligned investment compliance rules
Manage the UI Labs transformation team; drive project management standards to achieve materially improved commercial outcomes and time-to-revenue from the onboarding phase of the UI Labs client journey
Operational management and organizational improvement
Work with the UI Labs MD to streamline and optimize the organization
Drive innovative adoption of RPA, AI, ML tooling to increase automation & scalability
Lead end-to-end process reviews to enhance scalability & improve client delivery
Establish a UI Labs Project Management and Client Onboarding reporting framework
Set priorities as required around client and resource conflicts as required
Establish a strong IT control environment/KPIs aligned with internal stakeholders
Commercials and financials
Establish yearly activity plans & coordinate the budgeting process for UI Labs
Support commercial and client expansion activities where required
Act as UI Labs senior representative on wider UI Group strategic initiatives
Your skills and experience:
~8+ years in Operations Management, Project Management or General management within a Software, Consulting, Asset Manager or Fintech environment
~ Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills (written/verbal). An innovation and transformation-oriented mindset is a key characteristic for this role
~ Solution oriented, hands-on leader with ability to operate independently
~ Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives that delivered significant and tangible results
~ Capacity to manage a large set of activities in parallel and set clear indicators of progress and issues resolution
~ Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to mobilize teams and establish clear objectives.
~ Comfortable with contracts, pricing, and commercial negotiations
~ German and English a must, French is an asset
