Job Description
* During your assignment, you will independently structure and manage an intranet space containing sales-specific documentation and information.
* You will independently prepare information on new tools, processes and methods and update corresponding changes in the documentation.
* You maintain and optimize an internal AI agent for providing information from the departmental documentation.
* You will update the documentation of the sales process according to internal publication cycles.
* Last but not least, you will support us in the design and development of an internal learning program for the department.
Qualifications
* Studies in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication Sciences or comparable
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Atlassian Confluence is a plus
* Communicative, team-minded, organized, reliable, flexible, independent, structured and responsible
* Good in English, German is a plus
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week (extension possible)
