Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Projects Responsibility for the Region
o Oversee customer projects from pre-sales to rollout, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution (planning, quality, costs)
o Collaborate with the Regional VP and EMEA Head of Customer Projects to define regional solutions strategies
2. Team Management
o Manage regional customer project managers
o Prioritize projects and define short- and mid-term objectives
o Improve tools and processes
o Conduct project management training, onboarding, and skills development for new team members
3. Regional Activity Management and Reporting
o Coordinate with Key Account Managers on service offers
o Monitor regional professional services turnover, budget, invoicing, and margins
o Report weekly on regional activities to the EMEA Head of Customer Projects
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, business, or IT
* Significant experience in team management, preferably in retail
Experience
* Familiarity with SaaS solutions and pre-sales processes
* Experience managing complex international clients and projects in the digital landscape
* Ability to communicate effectively with dealer principals, general managers, and C-level decision-makers
Skills and Abilities
* German at C1 level
* Proficient in English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication skills and team spirit
