Job Opportunity: European Institution Relationship Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our sales department in Luxembourg. This role involves managing and developing business relationships with the European Institutions, building on existing framework contracts, and driving new opportunities within the IT services sector.
This is a challenging position that requires collaboration with the team to expand business opportunities within the European Institutions. You will build, maintain, and grow strong commercial relationships with assigned EU clients and prospects, serve as the primary point of contact between the European Commission and the recruitment/staffing team, support staffing and recruitment processes, ensure timely delivery of quality IT profiles, monitor client satisfaction, and proactively identify future needs.
Required Profile
* A higher education degree
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, staffing, or resourcing within the IT services sector. Previous experience working with European Institutions is a strong asset
* Solid understanding of customer requirements and the EU institutional market
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities
* Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Additional EU languages are an advantage
* Holds a valid driver's license
* Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg/Belgium without the need for employment sponsorship
