Role – HV Jointers – Contract
Location – Offshore / Europe Waters
Mint Selection are supporting a specialist offshore contractor delivering a cable replacement scope on a major offshore wind project. They are currently seeking experienced HV Jointers for an initial offshore mobilisation, with potential for further work beyond the initial scope.
This opportunity would suit candidates with previous offshore wind and HV cable jointing experience who are available for immediate mobilisation.
Scope of Work:
* Support offshore cable replacement and repair activities
* Carry out HV cable jointing works in line with project and safety requirements
* Work closely with offshore supervisors and project teams during installation and replacement activities
* Support safe execution of offshore operations throughout mobilisation and project delivery
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with offshore and project-specific standards
Experience to be Considered
* Previous experience as an HV Jointer within offshore wind, offshore transmission or subsea cable projects
* Experience supporting cable replacement, repair or installation scopes
* Strong understanding of offshore safety and operational environments
* Ability to mobilise at short notice
Certifications & Requirements
* Full GWO certification (minimum 12 months remaining on Working at Heights)
* Valid Offshore Medical
* Chester Step Test
* Confined Space Certification
Project Details
* ASAP mobilisation required
* Initial 3-week trip
* Potential for further work following completion of the initial scope
* Competitive day rate available, negotiable depending on experience
