What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Navigate critical business negotiations that shape our company's future. You will find the right partners, understand their needs, and position Urbix Hub as the perfect solution.
* Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize outreach and communication strategies
* Support funding rounds and investor relations
* Collaborate on product development insights and market positioning
* Craft persuasive proposals that articulate our vision to key stakeholders
* Multi-task across critical business functions: sales, strategy, and business development
* Work directly with the CEO and CTO to transform bold ideas into executable plans
* Develop and refine our go-to-market approach using cutting-edge AI and analytical tools
* Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities across multiple business domains
Qualifikation
Who Are We Looking For?
* C1 German and English speaker
* Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
* Hold a bachelor's degree (we honestly don't care in what field as long as you have ONE year of experience in B2B sales)
* You can turn complex ideas into compelling narratives AND persuade people. If you’ve read a book about sales or persuasion let us know your main takeaways ;)
* You are a natural problem solver, self determined, curious and creative person.
* You’re a fast learner and can figure things out on your own (Self-motivation is your thing!)
* You’re not afraid to test, break, and optimize.
* Tech-savvy enough to love AI but human enough to drive meaningful conversations
* If you're funny, that's a BIG plus (If you can make our serious work feel a bit less serious, you're our kind of person)

* Monthly stipend: 2,200 - 2,500 EUR (funded by public innovation initiatives)
