Growth doesn't happen by accident - it happens because of people. As our new Talent Acquisition Working Student, youll be at the heart of our expansion, hunting for top-tier talent and crafting a candidate experience that people rave about.
This role is ideally suited for Master's students looking to gain their first hands-on insights into the world of international Talent Acquisition alongside their studies. It is a unique opportunity to gather valuable practical experience within a fast-paced, multinational scale-up environment. We are looking for someone to join us as a working student for 15 to 20 hours per week. You will work in a flexible hybrid model, combining time in our Munich office (Luisenstraße) with home office days, which we can align flexibly with your university schedule.
Key responsibilities ✨
5. Market Research & Mapping: You will conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance our sourcing strategies.
6. TA Partnership: You will partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
7. Candidate Screening: You will screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to the TA Managers.
8. Brand Ambassadorship: You will act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a seamless transition from their first contact to the TA Manager interview.
9. Database Hygiene: You will maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities.
10. Interview Coordination: You will manage the end-to-end candidate scheduling process, coordinating interview loops between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and professional interview experience.
11. Event Organization: You will organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.
About you
12. Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program (ideally Master's) and looking for a working student position (15-20 hours/week) starting ASAP.
13. Organizational Pro: You are highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
14. Communication Excellence: You are energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable engaging with candidates on telephone and video calls.
15. First Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a strong plus.
16. Languages: You are native in German and fluent English, making you comfortable operating in an international setting.
