Your tasks
7. Supplier qualification & product release: Qualification of suppliers according to quality standards; review of processes. Planning and implementation of internal/external audits; capacity analyses. Accompanying the sampling and release of products; ensuring smooth series integration.
8. Complaints & risk management: Professional complaints processing according to established methods (e.g. 8D process). Identification and evaluation of risks in the supply chain for process stabilization. Analysis of product and process data to identify and optimize weak points.
9. Quality assurance & continuous improvement: Ensuring compliance with quality standards in production and at suppliers. Close coordination with quality assurance, development, process engineering and purchasing. Proactive root cause analysis and active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
Your profile
10. Degree: Completed technical studies (diploma or master's degree).
11. Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience in industrial manufacturing in the metal industry, with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering. Sound knowledge of quality assurance/quality management; auditor qualification. Confident handling of common software systems, MS Office and SAP.
12. Personality: High level of conscientiousness and sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills, confident and convincing manner. Initiative, strong problem-solving skills and assertiveness. Efficient self-management and time management.
13. Languages: Business fluent in German and good command of English.
