Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You lead innovation projects in collaboration with experienced clinicians, scientists and industrial partners in an international environment. You design and implement innovative approaches to improve angiographic image quality in 2D and 3D, with a particular focus on interventional neuroradiology. You support the development of prototypes for applications, some of which run in real time and are robotically supported, and integrate third-party solutions as required. You contribute to the development of partly multimodal solutions that support the analysis and optimisation of clinical workflows. You carry out competitive analyses, contribute to our strategy development, and are responsible for the management of new technologies. You produce scientific publications in collaboration with our co-operation partners and contribute to the development of the IP portfolio. You regularly present our innovation topics to customers. You have many years of relevant professional experience in the medical-scientific field. You have several years of experience in managing projects, in particular innovation projects in collaboration with international co-operation and industry partners. You have many years of professional experience in software development, ideally in complex environments such as container architectures, and knowledge of medical devices. You have in-depth knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence. You are characterised by good programming skills in C, C++ and Python. Your attributes and skills: You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken, which enables you to communicate effectively in our international environment; knowledge of German is an advantage. You are creative and continuously develop innovative ideas to further develop our solutions in the field of image-guided therapies. On a personal level, you impress with your organisational skills, very good presentation techniques, initiative and customer orientation.
