What will you do
We are seeking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-oriented person who will be responsible of customer engagements and stakeholders in our customer flagship locations, the SAP Labs Munich Campus in Garching and the Munich Urban Colab in the city center. You will be working closely together with the Customer Engagement Lead in our team with the goal to ensure an End-to-End Customer Experience.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage a best-in-class end-to-end experience, from booking process over execution and follow-ups of customer engagements and stakeholder meetings.
* Coordinate internal and external booking requests.
* Support internal and external meetings / design thinking workshops / events onsite.
* Coordinate requests with our external partners, SAP sales & services organization and our development teams.
* Support the teams with agenda building.
* Manage our stakeholder management tool with Airtable.
We are looking for candidates who can work with us for at least six months for 20 hours/week (in average, of course, this is flexible regarding phases of preparation for exams, semester breaks, etc.)
What you bring
* Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: business administration, marketing, event, design, project management, or others.
* Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams and Airtable is a plus.
* Language skills: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across varying levels within # the organization.
* You can work independently, you are creative, collaborative and customer oriented.
