Responsibilities:
1. Support our clients at all levels.
2. Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly via live chat, emails, and calls.
3. Assist clients with the KYC procedure.
4. Provide a tour around the trading platform.
5. Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training.
6. Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets.
7. Collect clients’ feedback and analyze how clients’ experience can be improved.
8. Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
9. Proficiency in English and Chinese - C1+ level.
10. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Ability to listen to clients and your team’s needs and find solutions.
12. Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends (weekend and night shifts are remote).
13. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
