They help us to push boundaries to deliver extraordinary impact and make KKI a brilliant place to work.Job Purpose:This strategic role builds relationships with key stakeholders (such as governments, horizon scanning agencies, regulatory authorities, national pricing and reimbursement committees and Health Technology assessment groups) in the healthcare system and with insurance providers to increase awareness of KKI brands, so that they are adequately prepared for reimbursement at optimal pricing post marketing authorisation for all the affected patients.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Create impactful action plans to address upcoming market access operational challenges (e.g. tender business, competitor pricing, healthcare legislation)To act as a professional ambassador for KKI to support bringing new therapeutic treatments to stakeholders by building key strategic relationships throughout the payer community, patient organisations and with national related bodies including lobbying Government, to enable effective partnering and influencing at a national/regional levelLead a team of dedicated Value & Access ManagersLead the development project management, HTA submissions to obtain addition benefit ratings nationallySource local data relevant to the collation of National HTA submissions/reimbursements and liaise with KOLs and external advisers in the region to validate assumptions and perspectivesTo actively contribute to Advisory Panels and other interactions which inform country understanding environmental challenges relevant to the introduction of new products, or enhanced access to othersTo deliver health economic and real-world evidence data collection, analyses (including models) and support to articulate the products value to payers in alignment with the agreed market access strategyQualificationsPosition RequirementsExperience of working in Austria & Switzerland is desirableIndustry experience essentialStrong experience in Market AccessStrong strategic commercial insight through developing national marketing and / or market access strategies in the pharmaceutical industryHealth Economics backgroundAdvanced negotiation skills in AMNOGExtensive and up to date knowledge of the local healthcare environment regulations, policies and procedures at national and sub-national level.
