Corporate Lawyer support - Your Role
* Transaction management: Handle corporate documentation and day-to-day files, developing solid technical expertise in Luxembourg corporate law.
* Drafting and reviewing: Prepare and structure legal documents, from board minutes to agreements, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Collaboration with lawyers: Work closely with associates and partners, offering support and contributing to ongoing transactions.
* Progressive involvement: While the position is operational in nature, exposure to more complex and strategic matters will increase over time.
Corporate Lawyer support - Your Profile
* Minimum of 8 years of consecutive experience as a Corporate Officer, ideally in a law firm Applications with less experience will not be considered.
* A solid background in managing corporate documentation and transactions, with proven reliability in handling files independently.
* Strong interest in operational and transactional work, with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English is required; French, German or Dutch would be considered an asset.
* Proactive, precise, and dependable, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into an international team.
