Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Director Leasing to provide leasing expertise and support on our Sony Center asset-management team. In this role, you will be overseeing the leasing of the Sony Center which is undergoing a €200M+ market leading redevelopment and repositioning. You will be responsible for participating in the development of the leasing strategy, leading broker relations and directly managing all aspects of leasing transaction including prospecting, responding to inquiries, touring, drafting offers, lease negotiations and managing tenant relations before, during and after fit-out.

Note: Fluency in both English and German will be a requirement
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
* Actively partake in new tenant prospecting and business development
* Negotiate offers and leases with assistance from inside and outside counsel
* Lead day-to-day leasing responsibilities, and those of your team to meet the leasing objectives of the asset ensuring that all current and upcoming vacancies are ready for immediate occupancy and KPIs are met
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase portfolio occupancy and maximize rents
* Liaison with the larger asset management team, brokers, tenants, legal and property management to achieve leasing goals and to resolve any tenant conflicts regarding leasing matters
* Execute outstanding prospective tenant tours, presentations and client meetings
* Building and maintaining excellent long term relationships with the real estate brokerage community, existing tenants and owners is essential to the position
* Maintain current network of contacts while gaining exposure to international tenants and representatives
* Attend industry functions and participate in industry committees
* Prepare the annual leasing budget and provide quarterly updates and presentations to all key stakeholders
To Succeed In This Role, You Have
* College diploma or University Degree
* Completed brokerage license (not required)
* Minimum 5-10 years of leasing experience
* Demonstrate a strong set of existing tenant and broker relationship across the Berlin market
* Possess strong sales and business acumen
* Demonstrate strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Consistent track record and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
* Demonstrate effective technical skills including financial analysis, presentation skills, and written reporting.
* Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment and manage competing priorities
* Ability to manage competing priorities and under tight timelines
* Thrive in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt
