For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Manching Germany with immediate effect:
job description:
1. Ability to contribute to all Systems engineering activities in order to deliver safe, reliable, mature and cost effective solutions to the customers
2. Ability to analyze customer requirements for transformation into a design solution
3. Ability to specify, define, design, develop, integrate, verify, qualify, certify and ensure the continued airworthiness of the vehicle mission systems used to perform different kind of missions
4. Responsibility for the integration and management of specific equipment and systems (both airborne and ground segments, at hardware and functional level) necessary in the system to perform its intended missions
5. Ability to specify and carry out all the laboratory, ground and flight tests and support documentation required for the development, certification and validation in front of the customer of the Mission Systems, Mission Planning and Mission Support Systems, including On-site Operational Evaluations
6. Ability to provide systems engineering support for the full lifecycle of Mission Systems
7. Capability to assess innovative technologies and architectures, to deliver independent cost benefit analysis (manufacturer & operator related)

education / studies:
11. Physics (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or
12. Electrical Engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or
13. Computer Science (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or
14. Aerospace (at least a Master's or Diploma degree)
professional experience:
15. Engineering (at least 4 years)
16. Aerospace (at least 4 years)
17. Professional experience in Systems Engineering activities is a must have
18. Experience implementing regulations and standards like DO178/278, 254, ARP4754 etc. is needed
19. Knowledge in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is required
IT:
20. MS-Office at least detailed specialist knowledge
21. doors at least detailed specialist knowledge
22. Knowledge of IT systems design and requirements management (with DOORS) involving other disciplines such as software engineering is a must have
23. Experience in digital ICD design tools (e.g. CAMEO, ICDMS or others) would be a plus
24. Experience in working using Agile methodologies and Tools (e.g. JIRA and Confluence) is recommended
language skills:
25. English at least business fluent
26. German is recommended
