Deine Aufgaben
* Ensure safe, fast, and contract-compliant execution of construction measures for DB InfraGo AG.
* Keep passengers in mind, minimise inconveniences caused by construction, and deliver results that meet the highest standards.
* Lead and develop a team of construction supervisors, strategically advance the area, and manage recruitment and onboarding of new staff from a technical perspective.
* Achieve agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets in your construction projects through effective preparation and resource management.
* Adhere to legal, regulatory, and corporate guidelines.
* Responsible for external construction supervision procurement.
* Be present on site and conduct quality checks of construction supervision on location.
Dein Profil
* Completed university studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of solid experience in the execution of railway construction projects.
* Entrepreneurial, inspiring leadership personality.
* Strong persuasiveness combined with diplomatic skill when handling interface partners.
* Handle temporary workload peaks and conflicts with composure.
* Hold a valid Class B driving licence.
